The amounts below are the locked commercial rules being prepared for BelleTime's operational payment flow. No payment can be made in this preview.
Provider-funded booking fee
A$19 including GST per booking.
Ordinary payment-processing charges are also deducted from the provider’s share. The selected processor arrangement is intended to deduct BelleTime’s fee and allocate the remainder directly to the provider rather than BelleTime holding provider funds for later payout. The exact fee trigger and charge timing remain unresolved.
If the provider cancels
The customer receives a full refund.
- The original A$19 BelleTime fee is reversed.
- The provider’s total cancellation cost is capped at A$5.
- That A$5 includes any retained processing cost; the same cost is never charged again.
- BelleTime keeps only the remainder of the A$5 and absorbs retained processing cost above A$5.
If the customer cancels
The disclosed policy applies with legal exceptions.
The selected commercial default is non-refundable customer cancellation, subject to statutory rights and any legally required exceptions. Final terms must be visible before payment.
No fee or cancellation condition removes either person’s continuing right to withdraw consent.
