A status you can understand
Know where your booking stands.
BelleTime is designed to help independent providers present availability and manage requests while giving customers a clear view of what is pending and what is confirmed.
- 01
Review the provider’s information.
A displayed time is an invitation to follow the booking process. It is not a confirmed appointment by itself.
- 02
Submit the required request details.
The operational journey will collect only the information approved for the booking purpose. This preview collects nothing.
- 03
Check the confirmation method.
Some providers may choose automatic confirmation once every required step is complete. Others may review each request before accepting it.
- 04
Follow the displayed status.
A manual request remains unconfirmed until provider acceptance is shown. A payment notice alone must not be treated as confirmation.
Still being resolved
Payment timing will be stated before checkout—not guessed here.
The deposit amount or limit, charge or authorisation timing, manual-approval expiry and declined-request treatment remain under processor, legal and product review. Operational terms must show those details before a customer pays.
Cancellation direction
Clear reconciliation, with mandatory rights preserved.
If a provider cancels, the selected rule gives the customer a full refund, reverses the original A$19 fee and caps the provider’s complete cancellation cost at A$5, including retained processing cost.
Customer-initiated cancellation is intended to follow the disclosed non-refundable default, subject to statutory rights and legally required exceptions. Payment or confirmation never creates an obligation to provide or participate in sexual services.
